Fitness in the Village

At Fitness In The Village I offer a truly one to one health and fitness experience in a completely private and professional studio. Whether it's personal fitness training, massage, ultrasound injury treatment or nutritional planning and advice, it's all done in complete privacy and is tailored specifically for you.

The studio is in the village of Lambourn Woodlands, on the Berkshire – Wiltshire border and close to an array of surrounding villages, including Lambourn, Great Shefford, Shefford Woodlands, Eastbury, East Garston, Welford, Aldbourne, Baydon, Chilton Foliat and Ramsbury.

Only 10 minutes from Hungerford, 20 minutes from Newbury, Swindon, Marlborough and Wantage, and just a few minutes from the M4 junction 14.

Since 2007 I have been training and treating people from my base in this beautiful part of our country and am enjoying helping every one of my clients to improve their overall health and well-being.

My experience and specific specialist qualifications allow me to help you improve your health and fitness and get you to your ideal weight.

So, training, treating and helping the younger adult, middle aged adult or the older adult with medical conditions is all within my remit. I am able to safely and progressively train and treat these clients whilst taking into account certain conditions they have.

With regards to personal training, I am focused on delivering to every client, enjoyable, fun but also challenging sessions. Although I will motivate you towards your goals whatever they may be, I always work with a client progressively and within their limits. I am very safety conscious.

So even if you are overweight, unfit, have not exercised for years or have never exercised, or if you are elderly, please don't let this put you off – I will be delighted to help you on the road to a better and healthier lifestyle.

You are more than welcome to come and meet me at the studio for a very informal chat over a cuppa, there are absolutely no obligations.
